Trendsetter Brand System
ITrendsetter is a scalable brand system developed to unify newly acquired luxury student housing properties under a cohesive visual framework.
As the portfolio rapidly expanded, the system enabled individual properties to retain their unique identities while adopting a shared design language—streamlining creative production across 100+ locations nationwide.
My Role:
Creative Direction
System Design
Brand Guidelines Development
Campaign Art Direction
Team Leadership
The Challenge
The company was continuously acquiring new properties, each with its own brand identity.
This created major challenges:
Inconsistent visual quality across the portfolio
Inefficient design workflows for marketing teams
High production time when building campaigns for individual properties
A solution was needed to balance brand individuality with system-wide consistency.
The Approach
I led the development of the “Trendsetter” system as a flexible, modular framework that could be applied across all properties.
Instead of replacing existing logos, the system:
Wrapped each property within a unified visual structure
Introduced consistent layout, typography, and color logic
Enabled rapid deployment of marketing assets across locations
The goal was to create a system that felt premium, modern, and adaptable at scale.
