Trendsetter Brand System

ITrendsetter is a scalable brand system developed to unify newly acquired luxury student housing properties under a cohesive visual framework.

As the portfolio rapidly expanded, the system enabled individual properties to retain their unique identities while adopting a shared design language—streamlining creative production across 100+ locations nationwide.

My Role:

  • Creative Direction

  • System Design

  • Brand Guidelines Development

  • Campaign Art Direction

  • Team Leadership

The Challenge

The company was continuously acquiring new properties, each with its own brand identity.

This created major challenges:

  • Inconsistent visual quality across the portfolio

  • Inefficient design workflows for marketing teams

  • High production time when building campaigns for individual properties

A solution was needed to balance brand individuality with system-wide consistency.

The Approach

I led the development of the “Trendsetter” system as a flexible, modular framework that could be applied across all properties.

Instead of replacing existing logos, the system:

  • Wrapped each property within a unified visual structure

  • Introduced consistent layout, typography, and color logic

  • Enabled rapid deployment of marketing assets across locations

The goal was to create a system that felt premium, modern, and adaptable at scale.
